The receptionists are out standing. That’s where the pluses end. Firstly I understand that medical providers come and go. The problem begins with the inability for the clinic to retain quality providers. As soon as I get trust and positive relationship with a provider they leave. At that point you’re left with a new provider or a provider who is flat out rude has no clue how to listen to the patient. Won’t listen to their needs. Then the long wait lists or appointment wait. I’ve heard “oh I’m so sorry let me have a nurse call you “ and recently and in the past I have had Sharon a nurse from the clinic call and passes on erroneous information. Has done so several times. Which AGAIN causes an appointment cancellation or delay not if just days but weeks. Until this clinic can get its act together I don’t and won’t recommend.
Difficulty with the resident doctor over the edema in legs. Condition was ignored by doctor for so long, it may become a permanent fixture in my life. I wrote a complaint on the doctor and was removed as a patient at this clinic by certified letter. No attempt to mitigate or deal with the medical problem for three months. When I pointed this out to the doctor, the medicine dosage she prescribed was woefully inadequate to affect a difference. Had to go to BENEFIS URGENT CARE TO obtain proper medication. Legs are still swollen. Not fair to be kicked out of the clinic.
Don’t go here ! Worst place ! Rude never friendly talks about patients rudely ! can never get in ! Doctors suck! Never have answer just want to toss you to the next doctor I’ll drive an hour before I come here ! Will never bring our family of 6 back !!
Leo Pocha had a vison of a free health clinic for not only Natives but all walks of life. And the clinic is thriving.
